We also sold a substantial amount of furnishings and electronics outside the selling price – and the Group were very involved in those negotiations – they helped to itemize all items, met with the clients to allow them time to look at each one and test the audio video systems, etc. When I offered to pay a commission to them on the sales price of the add-ons, Martha politely refused and explained that a satisfied client was payment enough!
We can wholeheartedly recommend them to sellers of similar homes, and intend to use them again should we move in the future.
We found her to be extremely knowledgeable about both the area and the marketplace. Once she knew exactly what we were looking for she canvassed the market and presented us with at least 8-10 homes that would work for us. Once we decided on the residence we wanted to bid on, she handled the negotiations flawlessly and we were done within a few days. What impressed us most was the fact that the residence we purchased was modest – a little more than $250,000. We purchased it as an investment. With the service that Martha and the group provided one would think we were looking at places with price tags in the seven-figure range.
